REGULAR SECTIONS STRUCTURE
Gymnitai is broken down into a basic Six Pilot Squad Format.
All "Regular" members whether in Gymnitai proper, Ombumbrate, or Manticores will be given a squadron flight status billet.
Access to this elevated status requires regular attendance "At least attend one Org Operation a Month", and completion of current available training materials.
CHAIN of COMMAND
Wingmen who have problems should first consult with their chain of command. If this proves uneventful or if you believe that the situation warrants, you may instead contact the CAG. But Be Warned, the CAG should be your final stop or attempt at resolving a matter so should not be done nor acted upon lightly.

NOTE: The use of rank is simply for structural and gaming purposes. The wearing of said rank is only for use when at Games Coms or the like where the use of limited role play or gaming interaction would be appropriate and should only be worn with the rest of the org approved items not as separate or individual items on say a T-Shirt or cap or such.

MAIN OFFICERS RANKINGS and DUTIES:::
The Commander of Air Group or "CAG":
Over sees the basic website updates and processing of information and organizing the Gymnitai Ops Calendar so is in charge of all other Members.
The Squad Commander:
over sees all Squadrons in a GMT gaming region
All Squad Leaders, XOs, Lieutenants and wing-men fall under this individuals command in one form or another.
Each Squad is comprised of six members.
All members are equal as team mates.
It is our hope to insure that all Squadron members are placed with individuals in their respective same preferred gaming GMT zones and not geographical GMT to insure maximum advantage for a group as well as individual gaming interactions.
This is irrelevant to which Organization section you are in except for the LazerFodder Kasuals Section.
Squads are broken into 2 sections simply to avoid confusion on the battle field or to assist in
the groups basic operational and training formats.
These two sections are Leadership and Wing-man.
There is 6 members in a Squad, this is broken down into 3 wings.
Each wing has a designated Point or Leader position and a designated Wing-man.
These positions will be initially determined by the CAG, later as we develop, this task will be taken over by the Squadron Commander.
Promotions to leadership positions will be determined by an individuals willingness to take on responsibilities, their reliability to complete those responsibilities, and after due discussion between the individual and with that individuals Squadron Commander and the CAG.
SQUAD RANKING / POSITIONS / DUTIES
NOTE: All officer post are also acting recruiters and expected to conduct themselves as same. The wearing of rank status is only warranted when in the below approved Gymnitai or other Sub-Section Uniform to designated T-Shirt, and only at times where the wearing of same will promote a positive and recognizable representation of the individual wearing the attire and of the organization as a whole.
Commander Air Group:
CAG responsibilities is listed above in the "Main Offciers Rankings and Duties" section.
As the acting senior Officer, the CAG will wear Colonel rank on their Collar.
Squad Commander responsibilities is listed above in the "Main Offciers Rankings and Duties" section.
Each SC is in charge of a specific Gaming GMT zone, plus all related squads in that zone and reports to the CAG.
Wears Lieutenant Colonel rank on their collar if using the Optional Cosplay Organization attire.
Is in charge of working with the entire squad to insure all members are meeting their required Squad and Gymnitai training obligations and to keep the Squad Commander informed and up to date on same.
Wears Major Rank on their collar if using the Optional Cosplay Organization Uniform attire.
Is second in command and all duties of the Squad Leader fall onto this individuals shoulders if for any reason the Squad Leader is unfit or unable to perform the required duties.
Wears Captain rank on their collar if using the Optional Cosplay Organization Uniform attire.
Works with the Captain and XO, also fills in as XO or even Captain if needed.
Wears First Lieutenant rank on their collar if using the Optional Cosplay Organization Uniform attire.
All Wing-men once fully trained and having completed the set requirements will hold the rank of Pilot of the Corps.
Wears Second Lieutenant rank on their collar if using the Optional Cosplay Organization Uniform attire.
As the Casuals have no active training phases nor classes, the Guidance Officer"s" will mainly be the Organizations Monitors keeping an eye out for possible up and coming active members and will be the contact between said members and the CAG to discuss possible movement from a Casuals to either a Crew Member or even Regular Member "Active Billet" status.
They will also keep an eye out on Casual Members who may need to be removed from the Org or reprimanded by the CAG for infractions.
The Guidance Officer"s" will also be acting basically as a training instructor for those wishing to obtain a Crewman Ranking status.
The Guidance Officer"s" must maintain a Regular and Active Billeted character in one of the three Main Organizations to hold this position.
Guidance Officers will be the primary trainer for all Casual Members wishing to complete training courses to obtain a Crew member slot number or move to regular billeted crew status.
Wears appropriate ranking of their currently held Regulars Active Billet rank.

Individuals who are inactive for four consecutive months will then be moved to the Casuals Squadron.
Casuals Squadron members wishing to become Regular member status must continue to maintain an active membership attendance for 4 months to be in consideration for any open billet in a squadron.
